You cannot see the flickers, but it does exist around us. In 2013 US Department of Energy has confirmed that flicker effect may cause some health problems such as headache, distraction, visual fatigue, and low vision.

Flicker happens due to rapid voltage variations, or a ripple in a current. The current lead to a ripple in light output which is called a flicker. The flicker effect can happen in all light sources while connecting to AC power and the electrical current travels backward and forward during in a frequency.

Human Centric Lighting (HCL) is now a new trend. It enhances human performance, comfort, health and well-being. By following this new trend, Benson Energy Saving Technology has developed all LED lighting products series to be “flicker free”.
